Sudhir Panda

Sudhir Panda has over 16 years of experience in the software development industry, currently serving as a Dev Lead at Advantasure since January 2009, where responsibilities include managing a geographically dispersed team, defining and optimizing software development processes, and architecting complex software applications. Prior to this role, Sudhir held positions as a Senior Software Engineer at US Tech Solutions from June 2007 to December 2008, and at Tech Mahindra from 2004 to 2007, focusing on application development using ASP.NET and SQL Server. Earlier experience includes a stint as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies in 2004. Sudhir holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Bhagubhie, completed in 2002.
