Fabio Morgana - Emba

Fabio Morgana is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the semiconductor and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Officer and EVP of Research & Ventures at Advantest since April 2025, Fabio previously held significant leadership roles at Technoprobe from November 2016 to April 2025, including Chief Technology Officer, CEO of Technoprobe Japan, and Chief Operating Officer. Additional experience includes positions as Sr. Director and Europe Country Manager at FormFactor, Account Manager and Application Engineer at Agilent Technologies, and various engineering and development roles at STMicroelectronics. Fabio holds an Executive MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano and completed a course on Artificial Intelligence at MIT Sloan School of Management, alongside a Master in Electronic Engineering from Università degli Studi di Palermo.
