John Cowles

John Cowles has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to business process engineering and IT. John has worked for companies like Advantest, Verigy, Agilent Technologies, HP, and Apollo Computer Inc. At Advantest, they have held positions such as Director, Field Service Business Process Engineering, Field Service Global Business Process & Infrastructure Manager, and Field Service Business Process Manager. John has also served as a Global IT Business Liaison and Portfolio Manager at Advantest and Verigy. Throughout their career, John has been responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of business processes, tools, and data that drive the operations and teams of the companies they worked for.

John Cowles attended Brown University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a ScB degree in Computer Science.
