Sarah Rowland is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Advantia Health. Sarah has over four years of experience in the recruitment field. Prior to joining Advantia Health, Sarah was a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Velocity Urgent Care and a Senior Recruiter at St. Joseph's Villa. Sarah began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Riverside Health System.

Sarah is passionate about connecting talented individuals with opportunities that allow them to thrive. Sarah enjoys learning new information about the medical/healthcare field and implementing marketing strategies to attract top candidates. Sarah is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining respectful relationships with all.
