Jim Foley

Jim Foley is currently the CEO at Advantic. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at United Group Services, Inc. from July 2013 to August 2017. In that role, they provided leadership across front-end segments of commercial business development, including marketing, estimating, domestic and global sourcing, proposal development, presentation delivery, and finalization of agreement. Jim also led a team of managers coordinating preconstruction details for capital projects across the United States ranging from $20K to $20M.

Before United Group Services, Inc., Jim Foley was the Director of Marketing and Business Development at PIVOTEK from January 2011 to December 2013. PIVOTek is a company that accelerates construction through innovation through highly-specialized expertise in mechanical pre-fabrication products – such as MEP racks and bathroom units. PIVOTek’s solutions provide lean and LEED advantages, shortening construction schedules, improving quality and reducing costs. The company serves commercial construction projects in hospitality, healthcare, higher education housing, and in the government/public sector.

Prior to PIVOTEK, Jim Foley was the Managing Director at Tier 1 Performance Solutions from January 2007 to December 2011.

Jim Foley has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Xavier University.
