Michael Miller

Michael Miller has been working in IT since 2010. Michael began their career as an IT Support Specialist for the United States District Court, where they maintained and supported a network of 250+ nodes and assisted with the physical replacement of 200 workstations. Michael then established a consistent, repeatable Windows 7 deployment process using Symantec Ghost Images. In 2010, they began working as a Systems Engineer for Vital Solutions International, where they administered several different networks on a daily basis and provided IT support and troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading of everything from the workstation level to system critical servers, networking equipment and firewalls. Michael also managed and administered core server systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft Exchange. In 2020, they began working as a Systems Engineer for Advanticom.

Michael Miller attended ITT Technical Institute-Pittsburgh from 2009 to 2010 and obtained an Associate in Applied Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In July 2021, they earned a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
