Steve Belcher

Steve Belcher's work experience includes various leadership roles in the staffing and recruiting industry. Steve is the Co-Founder/President of Advantis Medical Staffing, where they are responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction of the travel healthcare recruiting agency. Steve played a key role in utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning to build their RN human talent clouds. Prior to Advantis, Steve served as the President/COO of Catapult Physician Staffing, a locum tenens staffing firm specializing in multiple medical fields. During their time there, they focused on the strategic direction of the company and developed talent for both sales and recruiting. Steve also has experience working at Aerotek, where they served as the Director of Business Operations and held positions as an Account Executive and Recruiter.

Steve Belcher attended Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business from 2000 to 2003. During this time, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management.
