Hal Paddock

Hal Paddock has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hal is currently the Director of Purchasing - Supply Chain Pharmacy Services at Advantus Health Partners. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Purchasing, Pharmacy Services - Supply Chain at Bon Secours Mercy Health. In 2018, Hal founded their own company called Anvil Arc, LLC.

Before that, Hal worked at Cardinal Health for several years in various roles. Hal started as a Senior Implementation Consultant in Pharmaceutical Distribution in 2009 and later became the Manager of Business Strategy & Integration. In this role, they led the development of proposals and project implementations, improved infrastructure processes, and supported sales and infrastructure processes nationally. Hal also served as a Project Manager for the Customer Agreement Center of Excellence, where they established and trained a team to develop customer proposals and manage contracts across various pharmaceutical classes of trade.

Earlier in their career, Hal worked independently as a Management Consultant, where they created user processes and program enhancements for business applications and provided logistics recommendations for a major national retail warehousing corporation. Hal also worked at Pitney Bowes Management Services as a Senior Operations Manager, overseeing workplace services for large commercial customers and managing teams of employees and subcontractors. Hal also served as a Quality Process Manager at the same company. Before that, they worked as a Site Manager & Team Leader, where they designed and supervised a mail center for a Fortune 10 company and assisted in the start-up of mail service outsourcing for another Fortune 15 company.

Overall, Hal Paddock has extensive experience in purchasing, project management, process improvement, and team leadership in the healthcare and logistics fields.

Hal Paddock attended Taylor University from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, in 1990 and 1991, they attended Xavier University.
