Paul Vargas

Paul Vargas is an experienced Emergency Response Coordinator with a strong background in safety and emergency management. Since July 2004, Paul has served as the Emergency Response Coordinator at Oiltanking Texas City L. P. and, since January 2004, has held a similar role in the pipeline sector at Advario in Oman. Previously, Paul worked at Union Carbide from June 2003 to May 2023 as a full-time Operator and Emergency Response Director Relief, fulfilling the role of Relief Emergency Director for three months each year over a span of 17 years. Paul is a graduate of Belton High School.
