Rashi Shetty has worked in a variety of roles since 2019. In 2019, they were a Research Intern at WageIndicator Foundation and an Internship Project at Primes & Zooms. Rashi was also a Human Capital Intern at YES BANK during the same year. In 2020, they became a Human Resources Business Partner at AdvaRisk and a Live Project at Principal Global Services. At AdvaRisk, they were part of a team focused on building a solution for identifying financial fraud in the corporate sector. At YES BANK, they created a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Infrastructure and Digital Technologies deployed at YES School of banking (YSB), studied the current YBL digital learning practices and recommended futuristic Digital L&D practices with a deployment plan, and developed a framework for the YES BANK Leadership Program. At Primes & Zooms, they redesigned the Performance appraisal plan for employees from a soft skills based evaluation approach to a goal based approach.
Rashi Shetty obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics between 2014 and 2017, majoring in Business/Commerce, General. Rashi then went on to pursue an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from FLAME University between 2018 and 2020. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Leadbetter Golf Academy (Golf - Introductory Course, October 2018) and Harvard Business Publishing Education (Strategic Planning and Execution).
