Orla Mester

Orla Mester, MBA, MSMIS, PMP, CSP has a solid work experience in various leadership roles. Orla is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Services and Product Delivery at Advarra, starting in April 2022. Before that, they worked at Forte Research Systems, Inc., where they held the positions of Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Implementation, Training & Support Services since 2015. From 2013 to 2015, Orla was the Vice President of Customer Operations and Services at Asahi Net International. Prior to that, they worked at rSmart as the Director of Customer Operations. Orla also served as a Strategic Program Manager and Senior Technical Project Manager at rSmart from 2007 to 2012. Their experience spans implementing, integrating, and customizing learning management systems, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer support and services.

Orla Mester holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Masters in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business, which they obtained between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management at Trinity College Dublin from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their academic qualifications, Orla Mester has obtained certifications including Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
