Steven Farley

Steven Farley is a seasoned project manager and operations leader with extensive experience in business systems and integration. Currently serving as Project Manager at Advarra since 2021, Farley previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer at StrategyNest from 2018 to 2021, overseeing marketing services and analytics while managing client budgets. Prior roles include Director of Service Delivery and Technology at Onebridge, where leadership of a 15-member team was provided, and Manager of Process Optimization at CNO Financial Group, focusing on IT delivery quality and process improvement. Farley has also worked as Senior Project Manager at TriMedx and briefly as Director of Operations for TriMedx India Pvt Ltd, driving strategic direction and growth in both roles. An alumnus of Purdue University, Farley holds a degree in Management Information Systems.
