Elaine Gosden

Elaine Gosden has over 25 years of professional work experience. Elaine began their career in 1991 as a Process Engineer/Validation Engineer at Raytheon, New Malden. In 1996, they moved to Raytheon Engineers as a Validation Project Manager. In 2002, they joined AAC Consulting as a Validation Consultant. In 2004, they became a Training Systems Specialist at Beiersdorf. In 2006, they joined Skanska Pharmaceutical Group Inc. as a Sr. Validation Consultant/Design Manager. In 2008, they moved to IDEA as a Sr. Validation Consultant. In 2010, they joined Quality Agents, LLC as a Quality Engineer. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Supply Chain Director at Advaxis, Inc.

Elaine Gosden received a Master of Science in Biochemical Engineering from UCL in 1989.
