Daksha Bafna

Daksha Bafna is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and M&A advisory. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Advay Capital Advisors since May 2019, Daksha has played a pivotal role in advising clients on sell-side transactions, including a notable capital raise for CIIGMA Group of Hospitals. Prior to this, Daksha held positions at KPMG India, where responsibilities included business valuation, financial modeling, and preparing transaction-related materials. Daksha began the career as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, recognized for exceptional performance during the internship. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Stella Maris College.
