Johan Wedjesjö

Johan Wedjesjö has extensive experience in software development and engineering. Johan currently works as a Software Development Engineer at Advenica AB since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Combitech AB as a System developer telecom from January 2014 to August 2019. Johan also worked as a Software Developer at Crunchfish AB from September 2012 to January 2014.

Before their role at Crunchfish AB, Johan held several positions at Ericsson AB. Johan was a Team Leader for CPO Java & Applications from November 2007 to April 2010. Johan also worked at Teleca AB as an Object Leader for the Obigo Browser maintenance team from March 2007 to September 2007.

Johan's career started at Obigo AB/Teleca Mobile Technologies AB as a Software Architect, Designer, and Developer. Johan worked there from January 2001 to March 2007, specializing in web browser technologies and programming in ANSI C.

Prior to their time at Obigo AB/Teleca Mobile Technologies AB, Johan worked as a Software Developer/Consultant at AU-System Radio AB from June 1998 to January 2001. Johan was responsible for the WSP/HTTP protocols in the WAP Gateway/HTTP proxy and handled programming in C++.

Johan began their career as a Development Engineer at SATT Electronics AB in April 1987 and later worked as a Support Engineer at Lagercrantz communications from January 1988 to July 1988.

Johan Wedjesjö began their education in 1988 at Uppsala University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics in 1994. During their time at Uppsala University, they also pursued their interest in Theoretical Philosophy and Logic by studying it for a year in 1991. Additionally, Johan expanded their academic horizons by spending a year at Université Savoie Mont Blanc in 1990-1991 to study French.
