Michael Bryder

Michael Bryder has over 30 years of experience in information technology and administration. Michael began their career as a Machine Operator, System Administrator, and IT Technician at Lunds Data Central in Lund University in 1986. In 1989, they co-founded IMPdata and served as the Head of Sales in a boutique and logistics role until 1992. Michael then transitioned back to Lunds Data Central as a Sales Consultant and Technical Advisor from 1992 to 1995. From 1995 to 1998, they worked as a System Administrator and IT Technician at the Department of Sociology in Lund University. In 2000, they joined KVINFO as an IT Coordinator, responsible for various tasks including IT administration, decision making, investment, strategy, education, hardware and software support, programming, telephony, and web strategy. In 2013, they moved to Advenica AB, initially working as an IT Administrator and later promoted to Information Technology Team Lead in May 2019.

Michael Bryder attended Lund University from 1983 to 1987, where they pursued a D level degree in film, comparative religion, media, and communication. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various certifications from LinkedIn. In 2022, they completed the "Building an ISO 27001-Compliant Cybersecurity Program: Getting Started" and "IT Service Desk: Service Management" certifications. In 2021, they obtained the "IT Security Foundations: Operating System Security" certification. In 2020, they achieved the "Cybersecurity Foundations," "IT Security Foundations: Core Concepts," and "Soft Skills for Information Security Professionals" certifications.
