I specialize in recruitment and talent management, with emphasis on research driving customer success, retention & acquisition leveraging all digital channels, analytics, content development & team management. I hold an MBA in Digital Marketing with hands-on exp. & certifications as a Business Development Expert, D1 Athlete & Sales Professional. Building brands, teams & web presences from end-to-end, I manage online channels & global staff both in-person & remotely, both sourcing talent, hiring and recruiting internationally. My passion for adventure lead me to Advenio, “The Startup Recruiter,” after leaving the USA for love. So I set out to find a job in Copenhagen. I began my journey seeking work in a Danish hiring market. I went through many recruiters, headhunters, talent acquisition agencies, startups, scaleups, and even transformative teams to have only a few leads after 2 months. That’s when I met Bjorn (and he introduced me to Advenio and startup recruitment.
I love the intricacy and how working with different cultures can promote identity development and empower us to know the value of a new perspective, especially in innovation. Finding the perfect match for Copenhagen startups looking at culture fit, motivation and personality by working with a startup recruiter has shown me that. In my new venture focusing on startups, scaleups, and transformative teams, I seek to find new ways to better recruitment of candidates, especially in IT and technical jobs like hiring a CMO, CTO or CEO.
I love challenges that utilize my passion and diverse skill set, from facilitating epic stories to finding a way to encourage and inspire others in business, music, sport, or personally, like in my work with our Non-profit The Red Road Foundation. I dare to take the less beaten path and seek ways to stand out and differentiate by embracing uniqueness, diverse skills and aim for a positive work environment, and thereby transformation. Thus, the recruitment process for startups is the perfect fit for me. I’m flexible and love to travel around the world, work with talent and recruiting, while furthering my knowledge of human interaction, especially in business. I have always been a go-getter, which has resulted in working in inbound marketing, recruiting and business relations for twelve years, which now is applicable in my current position as a recruiter for the best recruitment company in the north.
