Wilma Birglechner

Wilma Birglechner has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Windhager Home & Garden since December 2020. Prior to this role, Wilma was the HR Manager at Neuhofer Holz GmbH, where responsibilities included recruiting, onboarding, personal development, and employer branding from March 2019 to December 2020. Wilma also held the position of Quality Manager at Neuhofer Holz GmbH from March 2014 to December 2018, focusing on quality and environmental management as well as legal compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager and Authorized Signatory at Gaderer & Partner ZT-GmbH, where Wilma managed various administrative and financial tasks, as well as acting as Regional Equal Treatment Attorney for Upper Austria at the Gleichbehandlungsanwaltschaft beim Bundeskanzleramt. Additionally, Wilma worked as a self-employed mediator and has a background in the travel industry as a branch manager. Wilma earned a Magister in Law from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg.
