Kristine Munoz

Kristine Munoz is an experienced community manager with a strong background in property management and operations across various upscale residential communities. Currently serving as Community Manager at Advenir Living since August 2018, Kristine previously held similar roles at Overture Dadeland and Greystar, where Kristine contributed to the development of premier active adult communities. Kristine also has extensive experience as a Property Manager and Resident Coordinator with Taplin Development, and in residential management with Waterton Residential. Additional experience includes bookkeeping and assistant management at Sharkey & Associates, along with overseeing a market rate community with Bridge Real Estate Group.
