Vanessa Davis

Vanessa Davis currently serves as the Global Community Engagement Program Manager at onsemi since June 2024 and is the founder of Engaging Planetary Action, LLC, where the mission focuses on uniting humanity to honor and safeguard the planet. Prior to these roles, Vanessa held the position of Senior Manager for Employee Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Octo, an IBM Company, where responsibilities included leading CSR initiatives and managing employee engagement metrics. Experience also includes working as a Program Manager for the Global Consortium for Sustainability Outcomes, collaborating on large-scale sustainability programs, and providing executive support at the Julie Ann Wrigley Global Institute of Sustainability at Arizona State University. Vanessa has earned Professional Certificates in Climate Conscience Leadership and Sustainability Strategy from Arizona State University.
