David Oakley

David Oakley is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate executive with extensive experience in multifamily and build-to-rent communities. As the Founder and CEO of Oakley Group since 2007, David has led a privately held real estate investment firm that has successfully managed over $7 billion in real estate assets. In addition, David co-founded Advenir Oakley Capital in 2020, focusing on single-family rental communities across the United States. With a background that includes leadership roles at Berkadia and founding Blue Canoe Properties and Selectmyspace.com, David brings a wealth of knowledge in real estate development, acquisitions, and property management. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Samford University.
