Teresa Daniela Quiñones began their work experience as a Customer Service Representative at Multi Servicios Ramos in March 2012. Teresa Daniela then moved on to work as a Customer Service Representative at Foto Henkel Digital from August 2013 to January 2014. In February 2015, they joined Optec USA as a Customer Service/Sales Executive, where they were responsible for creating new partnerships and providing excellent customer service. Teresa Daniela was later promoted to an Assistant Sales/Customer Service Manager role at Optec USA, where they supported the General Sales Manager, monitored colleagues, and built relationships with new and current customers.
