Megan Rende

Megan Rende has a diverse range of work experience primarily in the areas of expansion, business development, and coordination. Megan started their career at Epic as a Project Manager/Implementation Consultant from November 2011 to November 2012. Megan then worked at Dean Clinic-Aesthetic Surgery Center as a Cosmetic Services Program Specialist from November 2012 to August 2014. Megan went on to become the VP of Marketing at Quintessa Aesthetic Centers from August 2014 to July 2015. Megan further expanded their skills and knowledge as a Studio Manager at Yoga Six from July 2015 to November 2016. Megan then joined ADVENT, where they held various roles including Cosmetics and Allergy Services Coordinator from November 2016 to September 2017, Business Development Coordinator from August 2017 to November 2017, Director of Business Development from November 2017 to March 2020, Head of Expansion from March 2020 to January 2022, and currently serves as the Director of Expansion since January 2022.

Megan Rende completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sociology at Loyola University Chicago from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Aaron Dignan on Transformational Change" from LinkedIn in December 2020, and in "Hootsuite Certified" from Hootsuite Media Inc.
