Aarthi Jois began their career in 1996 as a Software Trainee at Silverline Technologies. Aarthi then moved to TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS in 1999 as a Software Developer. In 2000, they were a Software Developer at Princeton eCom. In 2001, they returned to Advent Intermodal Solutions LLC as a Software Developer. In 2002, they joined Verizon as a Software Developer. In 2003, they rejoined Advent Intermodal Solutions LLC and held various roles, including Product Engineering Lead Appointment system, Solution Architect, Project Engineering Manager, and Technical Team Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for roadmap review and building, design, review, and analysis of Appointment system for Marine Port Terminals, SCRUM Master for the Appointment core services, participating in roadmap discussions for building the upgraded version of Drayage Truck registry, defining Technical design and functional specifications for DTR 2, stabilizing the application for chassis, training and mentoring a team of offshore resources, optimizing EDI data processing, and migrating applications from data center-based servers to Azure based VMs. Aarthi also worked as a Developer for Back-office system applications marine terminals for various customers.
Aarthi Jois is currently pursuing a Masters in Applied Mathematics from PSG College of Technology.
