Customer Success Manager at Advent Intermodal Solutions

Dominick Allen has been working in the customer experience field since 2020, when they began working as a CX Manager, CX Project Manager, and CX Engineer at Advent eModal. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Support Engineer Intern at OSIsoft from 2019-2020. During their 12-week internship, they took in-depth training on the PI System and utilized that knowledge to solve over 20 customer-facing support cases in one month via phone and email. Dominick also communicated with customers and peers to relay technical information or ask questions at differing levels of complexity, which enabled him to build upon their strong communication skills. Dominick was able to efficiently solve difficult problems in a dynamic work environment by balancing finding a suitable solution with accommodating each customer's schedule and business needs.

Dominick Allen attended Lehigh University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
