Hilda M. Rodriguez, MBA, LCB has extensive experience in the logistics industry. Hilda M. began their career in 1990 as a Warehouse Coordinator and Import Coordinator at Crowley Maritime. In 1993, they moved to Kirk Line, Inc. as an Import Supervisor. Hilda M. then joined Hanjin Shipping in 1996 as a Customer Service Representative, Import Department, Credit & Collections, and Freight Cashier. In 2001, they were hired by POMTOC - Port of Miami Terminal Operating Co. as a Customer Service & Customs Compliance Manager. From 2009 to 2013, they were the Treasurer & Government Affairs Co-Chair at the Florida Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association. During this time, they also served as President of the same organization from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they were appointed Treasurer Board of Directors at Port of Miami Crane Management, Inc. Additionally, they were a Professor at Miami Dade College from 2012 to 2016. Most recently, they were a Customer Success Manager and Business Development Manager at Advent Intermodal Solutions LLC from 2016 to present.

Hilda M. Rodriguez, MBA, LCB obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Leadership from Barry University in 2011. Hilda M. then continued their studies at Barry University, earning their Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management in 2013.
