Donald Whitt

Donald Whitt is the Vice President, Global Tax at Advent International. Donald has over 25 years of experience in tax and has held various positions at different companies.

Donald started their career at PwC as a Senior Manager. Donald then moved to General Motors as a Senior Tax Counsel. After a year, they joined Delphi as a Regional Tax Counsel. Donald was with Delphi for six years before joining Tyco International as a Senior Tax Counsel. Donald was with Tyco for only a year before moving to Covidien as the Vice President - International Tax. Donald spent three years at Covidien before joining Pfizer Inc as the Vice President of Tax Planning. Donald spent six years at Pfizer before joining Micron Technology as the Corporate Vice President - Global Tax & Treasury. Donald was with Micron for four years before joining Advent International in 2019.

Donald Whitt obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Toledo College of Law and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Taxation from The University of Toledo.
