Hilda Lui

Director & Co-Head of Portfolio Human Capital at Advent International

Hilda Lui joined Advent in 2020 and focuses on talent acquisition and human capital management practices to assess, build and engage best-in-class portfolio executive teams. Previously, Hilda was the Vice President of Talent Management within the operating team at L Catterton, where she supported portfolio companies in talent management best practices. Prior to L Catterton, she was with Heidrick & Struggles where she advised public and privately-held companies across industries on Board of Director searches and CEO succession planning initiatives.

Hilda holds a JD from the Fordham University School of Law and attended NYU where she earned bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and French.
