Jennifer Ma

Jennifer Ma is the Principal of Limited Partner Services at Advent International. Jennifer has over eight years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on private equity and investment banking.

Jennifer began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank in 2010, where they worked in the Leveraged Finance Group. Jennifer then joined The Carlyle Group in 2012 as an Associate, where they worked on the Carlyle U.S. Equity Opportunities Fund. In 2015, Jennifer left Carlyle to join Wildcat Capital Management, the family office of David Bonderman, co-founder of TPG, as an Investment Professional. Jennifer served in this role for three years before joining Advent International in 2018.

Jennifer Ma received their Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration, Real Estate Finance, and Corporate Finance from Cornell University.
