Lisa Westley

Lisa Westley is the current Managing Director at Advent International. Lisa has over fifteen years of experience in private equity and venture capital. Prior to their current position, they were a Senior Advisor at Vida Ventures, LLC from March 2019 to August 2019. Lisa was also the Global Head of Talent Management at TPG Capital from January 2005 to January 2018. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting investment professionals across TPG’s family of funds. Additionally, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at TPG Newbridge / Newbridge Capital from 2005 to 2006. Lisa has a proven track record in private equity and venture capital and is an expert in business development and talent management.

Lisa Westley has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Asian Studies from Amherst College.
