Lisa Westley

Lisa Westley is currently the Managing Director & Head of Strategy at Advent Tech at Advent International. Lisa also serves as the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Compensation Committee at SuRo Capital. Additionally, Lisa is a San Francisco Advisory Board Member at SEO, a non-profit organization that provides educational and career opportunities to low-income students of color. Prior to their current roles, Lisa was a Senior Advisor at Vida Ventures, LLC, Partner and COO at Brooklands Capital Strategies, and had various leadership roles at TPG Capital, SG Cowen Securities, Thomas Weisel Partners, Nationsbanc Montgomery Securities, and Salomon Brothers. Lisa holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Economics and Asian Studies from Amherst College.
