Maddy Keeshan

Maddy Keeshan is an accomplished professional with a strong background in human capital management and executive recruitment. Currently serving as a Portfolio Human Capital member at Advent International since February 2022, Maddy previously held roles as an Executive Recruiter at Spencer Stuart and RSR Partners between September 2018 and September 2018. Prior to that, Maddy worked at Optimum Sports as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive from August 2014 to May 2017. Maddy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and is an alumnus of Deerfield Academy.
