Andrew Schaaf

Andrew Schaaf is a seasoned professional in human capital strategy, currently serving as a Senior Associate at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) since May 2021, after completing a 6-month rotation within the Operational Value Creation Group. Prior to PIF, Andrew Schaaf held the position of Senior Analyst in the Portfolio Human Capital Strategy at Mercer from February 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities included consulting on talent and rewards. Andrew Schaaf also gained experience as a Business Development Associate at RBC Dominion Securities in the summer of 2017. Andrew Schaaf holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Ottawa, which was completed in 2018.
