Tina Chen

Tina joined Advent in 2021. She is a seasoned strategy executive focused on delivering results through data, technology, and processes improvements. Prior to joining Advent, Tina was a Director at Wayfair, leading the transformation of Wayfair’s B2C consultative sales contact center operations, building a tech-enabled supplier marketing function to enable supplier growth at scale, and growing their textiles (bedding, bath, window, and rugs) business to reach $1B in sales. Prior to Wayfair, Tina was an Associate Principal at McKinsey serving consumer packaged goods and retail clients globally on their go-to-market strategy and advising Asia-based family-owned businesses on their portfolio strategy and portfolio company performance improvements.

Tina has a BA in Applied Math & Economics from Harvard College, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
