Tomas Santos-Alejandro has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Cryptologic Officer in the United States Navy in 1994. In 2005, they became a Field Engineer at Intelligent Software Solutions, followed by a Senior Database Administrator at General Dynamics Information Technology in 2006. In 2007, they moved to Aerotek as a Senior Software Engineer, and in 2008, they took on roles as both GM of NEXUS Technology Solutions and Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Tomas also served as an Adjunct Professor at Pensacola State College and Troy University in 2004. In 2014, they founded and became the CEO of Advent Services, and in 2019, they became the CEO of Advent-Spees JV LLC.
Tomas Santos-Alejandro's education history includes a Master of Science in Computer Science & Software Engineering from the University of West Florida, which they obtained between 2002 and 2004. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Education from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez between 1989 and 1994.
