Mindy Ward

Mindy Ward has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Mindy currently serves as the Director of Client Success at Advent, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Advent as a Sr. Project Manager from March 2021 to September 2022.

Before their time at Advent, Mindy held various roles at Universal Creative, starting as a Show Coordinator for Universal Studios Beijing from April 2016 to June 2018. Mindy then became an Associate Show Producer, working on projects such as Universal Studios Beijing and Creative Studio, where they were responsible for the early design phase development of major theme park attractions.

From 2006 to 2016, Mindy worked at Universal Orlando Resort as an Entertainment Production Manager. In this role, they supervised multiple entertainment venues and events, collaborating with show directors and technical managers to ensure quality and safety. Mindy also provided written feedback on performance evaluations.

In addition to their work in the entertainment industry, Mindy has experience in the education sector. Mindy worked as an Education Assistant and Teaching Artist at Orlando Repertory Theatre from June 2011 to July 2015, and as a Teaching Artist at Dramatic Education from August 2014 to May 2015. Mindy also served as the Education Program Director at Titusville Playhouse Inc from July 2013 to February 2015, where they directed the Rising Stars theater program for grades 1st-8th.

Mindy's early career included a role as an Educator at Orange County Public Schools from August 2007 to August 2014.
