Dawn Hicks-Waldron

Dawn Hicks-Waldron, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, currently serves as Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer at AdventHealth, a position held since June 2018. Prior to this role, Dawn was Interim Chief Nursing Officer, AVP of Nursing, and Director at Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel from February 2012 to January 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Nursing Officer Fellow at Adventist Health Systems from November 2016 to April 2018. In terms of education, Dawn is pursuing an MBA at the University of Phoenix, expected to complete by December 2024, and holds an MS in Executive Track Nursing Science and a BS in Nursing, both from Chamberlain University. Dawn is also enrolled in another MBA program at the University of Phoenix, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
