Enrique Gallegos

Enrique Gallegos, FACHE, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations and Associate Chief Operating Officer at Parkland Health since February 2025, and also acts as an investor and advisor for Eggschain, Inc., a blockchain-integrated platform for medical records and biospecimen tracking. Previously, Enrique held positions such as Advisor for Growth and Provider Integration at Lifetime Care Services, Chief Operating Officer at the Texas Association of Community Health Centers, and Chief Executive Officer at Surgical Solutions. With a strong background in healthcare leadership, Enrique directed operations at Community Health Systems and Tenet Healthcare, improving performance and operational excellence. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Trinity University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Edward's University.
