Frederick D. Kennedy

Frederick D. Kennedy is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager for AdventHealth in the West Florida Division since September 2023. In this role, Frederick oversees critical areas including Workforce Planning and Development, Talent Acquisition, and Change Management, while collaborating with divisional leadership to implement strategic initiatives. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at HCA Healthcare, where Frederick advised multiple facilities on HR policies and workforce culture. Frederick also held roles at Amazon and Cardinal Health, focusing on HR business partnership and operational efficiency across various locations. With a Bachelor of Arts in History from Stillman College, and further education from The University of Alabama and Emory University, Frederick is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, having led performance improvement projects throughout a diverse career.
