Jill Piazza

Jill Piazza, PT, DPT, serves as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at AdventHealth, overseeing business operations for the population health services organization with a focus on multiple clinically integrated networks and accountable care organizations, managing over 600,000 lives in risk-based arrangements since January 2016. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Care Integration, where responsibilities included connecting and integrating healthcare systems and managing clinical operations. Jill co-owned Progressive Physical Therapy, Inc. from 2006 to 2018, specializing in various physical therapy fields. Earlier experience at AdventHealth Central Florida involved leadership roles in care integration and health promotion, along with direct service in rehabilitation. Jill holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Simmons University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
