Josef Ghosn

Josef Ghosn is the Vice President of Strategic Planning for the Multi-State Division at AdventHealth. Josef has over fifteen years of experience in strategic planning for hospitals, most recently with Florida Hospital. In their role at AdventHealth, Josef is responsible for developing long-term plans for the organization's hospitals in multiple states. Josef is a highly experienced and respected leader in the healthcare industry, and their work has helped AdventHealth to achieve its current position as one of the largest healthcare systems in the United States.

Josef Ghosn has a Master of Business Administration from Andrews University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Middle East University, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Josef also has certification from the American College of Healthcare Executives in FACHE.

They are on a team with Vickie White - Senior Vice President, Chief Brand and Consumer Officer, Jennifer Jackson - Senior Vice President, Chief Population Health Officer, and Mark Martin - Vice President, Mergers-Acquisitions-Network Development.
