Shannon Land

Shannon Land is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Strategy Operations and Project Management at AdventHealth Medical Group in the East Florida Division since February 2025. In this leadership role, Shannon oversees strategic initiatives, optimizes operational processes, and ensures the successful execution of key projects. Shannon has been with AdventHealth since February 2019, holding various positions including Physician Liaison and Cardiovascular Physician Liaison. Prior experience includes roles as an Inside Sales Representative at Republic National Distributing Company from June 2017 to January 2019, and as a Server at Olive Garden from August 2012 to January 2017. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida, obtained between 2014 and 2017.
