Susana Molina

Susana Molina is a seasoned public policy professional with extensive experience in both governmental and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Public Policy at AdventHealth since July 2014, Molina has held various roles within the organization including Public Policy Manager and Senior Public Policy Analyst. Prior experience includes managing federal affairs at AdventHealth Central Florida, and serving as an aide to Commissioner Lui Damiani for Orange County Government, where responsibilities included translation and social media management. Molina also worked as a Constituent Advocate for the U.S. House of Representatives, focusing on Hispanic outreach and assisting constituents with federal issues. Molina holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida.
