Vandna Jerath

Vandna Jerath, MD, FACOG, serves as the Chief Wellness Officer for AdventHealth, overseeing initiatives aimed at enhancing physician and Advanced Practice Provider well-being since February 2025. With a focus on preventing burnout and fostering a culture of wellness, Vandna founded the Physician Wellness CREW program at AdventHealth Colorado and holds the position of Medical Director of Physician & APP Well-Being. Additionally, Vandna is the founder and Medical Director of Optima Women's Healthcare and Optima Vitality MD, providing personalized healthcare services to women. Throughout an extensive career, Vandna has also contributed as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and has practiced as an Ob/Gyn hospitalist. Previous roles include serving as Chair of Women & Children's Services at AdventHealth Parker Hospital and owning Colorado Ob/Gyn Associates. Vandna's educational background includes an MD from The George Washington University and an Ob/Gyn residency at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
