Ashley Dellwo

Ashley Dellwo, CPRP, is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as Manager of Physician and Provider Recruitment at Adventist Health since August 2015. In this dual role, Ashley dedicates equal time to recruitment and team leadership, previously functioning as the main contact for providers seeking positions in Northern California. Ashley's background includes positions such as Sr. Provider Recruiter and Northern CA Region Sourcing Advisor, where responsibilities involved candidate sourcing, outreach, and relationship management. Prior to Adventist Health, Ashley held management roles at California State University, Chico's Student Health Services and Miller Family Medicine and Minor Trauma. Ashley earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Public Affairs from California State University, Chico, and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Sierra College.
