Jessica Montoya

Jessica Montoya, MBA, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources. Jessica is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Adventist Health. Prior to that, they worked at Jupiter Medical Center as the Director of Human Resources from February 2018 to October 2022. Before joining Jupiter Medical Center, Jessica held the position of Director Human Resources/Privacy Officer at Oroville Hospital from July 2009 to February 2018.

Jessica Montoya, MBA, SHRM-SCP earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from California State University, Chico.
