Lisa Robinson, PCC has over 20 years of work experience in leadership and organizational development. Lisa currently holds the position of Vice President, Culture Transformation and Employee Development at Vitalant since July 2022. In this role, they are responsible for leading the strategy and execution of organizational culture, leadership effectiveness, change readiness, internal coaching, and talent development programs. Lisa has created a leadership development framework and implemented an internal coaching program.

Prior to joining Vitalant, Lisa worked at Banner Health from 2008 to 2017. During their time there, they held several senior leadership positions, including Senior Director of Physician Leadership Development and Senior Director of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness. In these roles, they developed and facilitated leadership programs, managed strategic scorecard organizational initiatives, and served as an internal coach and consultant to senior leaders.

Before their tenure at Banner Health, Lisa worked at Arizona State University from 1998 to 2008. Lisa served as the Assistant Director of Training and Organizational Development at the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, where they established leadership development programs and provided executive coaching services. Lisa also worked as a Learning and Performance Solutions Coordinator, where they facilitated professional development offerings and served as a strategic partner to colleges and departments across campus.

Lisa's early work experience includes a role as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant at American Express from 2004 to 2007, where they consulted with leaders to develop effective leadership strategies and skills. Lisa also taught classes in the Human Performance Improvement program and received recognition as the recipient of the College of Extended Education's Outstanding Faculty Award at Arizona State University.

Throughout their career, Lisa Robinson has demonstrated expertise in organizational culture, leadership development, coaching, and talent management. Lisa has a strong track record of implementing effective programs and initiatives that drive organizational success.

Lisa Robinson, PCC has a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Educational Leadership, obtained from Northern Arizona University from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian Studies at the University of Victoria from 1989 to 1991.

In addition to their formal education, Lisa Robinson has obtained several certifications. Lisa is a Certified Dare To Lead™ Facilitator, having completed the certification from the Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator institution in September 2019. Lisa is also a Professional Certified Coach, certified by the International Coaching Federation Belgium in September 2016.

Lisa Robinson has further expanded their knowledge and skills by obtaining various certifications, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in June 2022. Lisa also holds certifications in Change Management from Prosci, Hogan Assessments from Hogan Assessment Systems, Crucial Conversations from VitalSmarts, Four Roles of Leadership from FranklinCovey, Situational Leadership from The Center for Leadership Studies, and Human Performance Improvement from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). These certifications were obtained in 2010, 2008, 2002, 2001, and 1999 respectively.
