Juan de la Cruz

Juan De La Cruz possesses extensive experience in community development and leadership roles within notable organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Community Development at the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles since October 2015, Juan has also held the position of Senior Vice President of Community Development. In addition, Juan is the President of the Charitable Foundation at Adventist Health since November 2021. Previous roles include Deputy Chief Of Staff for LAUSD Board District 5 from August 2011 to June 2015 and Senior Program Manager for Joint Use Development at the Los Angeles Unified School District from December 2007 to 2010. Juan has a Master's degree in Education from Whittier College, earned between 2009 and 2011, and attended UCLA from 2002 to 2004.
