Rachel Gustafson

Rachel Gustafson currently serves as the Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department at Adventist Health since March 2024. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Kaiser Permanente from November 2015 to February 2024, including Nurse Manager for SPA/PACU and CVPR, as well as Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department. Rachel's career also includes extensive experience at OHSU | Oregon Health & Science University, where roles included Nurse Manager of the JBT Health & Wellness Center and Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. Rachel has participated in multiple committees dedicated to enhancing emergency nursing practices and quality improvement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Linfield College and further studies at various institutions, culminating in a strong foundation in nursing leadership and practice.
