Nicole Friedman

Nicole Friedman has extensive experience in healthcare and customer service, currently serving as the Nurse Manager of the Pediatric Emergency Department at Albany Medical Center since September 2012. Prior roles include Registered Nurse and Nursing Supervisor at the same institution, as well as a Registered Nurse at St. Peter's Health Partners. Nicole began a career in customer service as a Dining Manager and later as a Waitress and Bartender at various establishments, demonstrating a consistent ability to excel in high-pressure environments. Educationally, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Western Governors University and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Hudson Valley Community College, along with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island.
