Sharon Watkins

Sharon Watkins currently serves as the Director of Cardiovascular Services at Adventist Health, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this, Watkins held the role of Vice President at Oak Valley Hospital District from October 2022 to July 2024 and was the Director of ICU, PCU, and Monitor Techs at UHS Palmdale Regional Medical Center from July 2017 to June 2022. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of ICU at Valley Presbyterian Hospital and various roles at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital, including Administrative House Supervisor and Clinical Coordinator of ICU. Early career positions involved roles such as Registry ICU RN and Vascular Recovery Coordinator. Sharon Watkins earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Nursing Leadership/Management from Walden University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Leadership and Management from Walden University.
